Remote monitoring on every bizhub we install

Each bizhub reports meters, toner levels and service alerts to NYBS around the clock. Meter reads arrive on schedule for billing, toner levels go to our supplies team, and service calls open with the error code, model and serial already filled in. We are moving connected accounts to automatic toner shipments.

vCare sends scheduled, outbound reports of operating data only, and Miercom independently tested it and certified it secure. If your IT policy rules it out, we install without it and set up manual meter and supply schedules.
