For a single-brand fleet, the manufacturer's own software is often the simplest fit. We set it up on that brand's copiers only.
Konica Minolta
Dispatcher Paragon handles secure pull printing, cost reporting, quotas and budgets, and user access for print, copy, scan and fax on bizhub copiers. It runs on your own server or in Konica Minolta's cloud.
Dispatcher Phoenix automates scanning: text recognition, barcode and zone reading, splitting and renaming files, and sending them to SharePoint, Google Drive and other destinations.

Cloud Print and Scan: secure cloud printing and scanning with no servers, Microsoft Entra ID and Google sign-in, Chromebook printing and quotas.
Net Manager: server-based print management with follow-you printing, card or PIN login, quotas and scan workflows.

What is the difference between PaperCut and SAFEQ?
PaperCut is our first choice when you need to account for printing: it tracks printing, copying and scanning by user, department or account, sets quotas and handles follow-you printing and badge login. SAFEQ is our lead for cloud printing: jobs are released at the copier with a badge or PIN, with no print servers to buy or maintain. We do not use SAFEQ for billing or charge-back.
Do PaperCut and SAFEQ work on a mix of Konica Minolta, Canon and Kyocera copiers?
Yes. Both run across the brands we sell, so one system can cover a mixed fleet. Features at the copier panel, such as badge login and copy tracking, depend on the model, so we confirm each machine before you buy.
What is follow-you printing?
You print from your computer as usual, and the job waits on the system until you log in at any enabled copier with a badge, card or PIN. Jobs nobody collects are deleted automatically, so documents are not left sitting in the output tray.
Can a law firm bill printing back to clients and matters?
Yes, with PaperCut. Staff choose a client or matter code at the computer or at the copier, can fix a wrong charge before invoicing, and the reports feed your billing.
Do these systems work with Chromebooks and Microsoft 365?
Yes. PaperCut and SAFEQ both support Chromebook printing and sign-in with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, which suits schools and offices that already run on either.
Should I use the manufacturer's own software instead?
For a single-brand fleet, the manufacturer's software can be the simplest fit: Dispatcher Paragon and Phoenix on Konica Minolta, or Cloud Print and Scan and Net Manager on Kyocera. For a mixed fleet, or when you need detailed accounting, PaperCut covers every brand. Each copier runs one release system, so staff release jobs the same way everywhere.
