If the equipment does not perform satisfactorily, NYBS will exchange it for the same or a comparably equipped model, provided continuous paid maintenance has been performed by NYBS and only authorized NYBS supplies have been used. If equipment has been leased for a term longer than three (3) years, then this guarantee will be in force for the entire lease term.
